Evil Client Forum

Would it be possible to redirect the console output of commands that EC starts on connect/disconnect into EC's own console. That way you could have all logs concerning your connection in one central place.

Otherwise if you turn off visibility of those commands you can't see what is going on.

I'd like to connect/ disconnect via command line/ batch file (setting profile and password in the batch file).
Is there a command line option allowing this?

The client is great but the frontend is not the best. Evil-Client is a lot ahead. But it would be great if Evil-Client could also use vpnc as backend, as it has some nice options (like the possibility to define your own routing table even if the vpn concentrator doesn't allow a split tunneling) and it is free (!).

Hi Gyus,

I use the stnd. vpnclient with a patch to enforce local access running on a ubuntu 8.10 with kernel above 2.6.20 the configuration works like a charm.

for windows I havent seen any chance of getting this done.
Is there any plan to include this into the evil client? or is there at this point in time allready a chance of getting the split tunnel to work even if the concetrator disables it?

thanks for a very nice tool makes the live for some remote users more simple.
